Painkiller Rum Cocktail
Tonight we had Pork Dumplings with spicy Sriracha dipping sauce so I found this recipe on CHOW.com and it was apparently adapted from the Painkiller Bar, NYC.
4 wedges of oranges
4 oz of pineapple juice
2 oz of coconut milk or even coconut water
6 oz of Rum
Squeeze oranges into the glass and pour in the rest, mix and serve on ice.
