Knotty Pretzels
My wife made these for the holidays. These little gems are so great and so addictive. It’s one of those things you take a bite and cant figure out what is going on in your mouth. You see a regular looking pretzel but taste something far greater than an ordinary pretzel. You simple can’t stop eating them.

These are a welcomed departure from the over played Chex Mix / Texas Trash that has been around for decades. Make a batch for the holidays and tell me I am wrong.

2 lbs of Mini Knot Pretzels
12 oz of Orville Redenbaucher popcorn oil
2 tsp of Dill (dried)
2 tsp of Garlic Powder
2 tsp of Red Chili flakes (dial it back if you must)

Mix your spices in a bowl. Pour your pretzels into a large container that will accommodate the 2 lbs of pretzels with a little room for turning. Pour half your oil in and give it a good turn and slowly add your seasoning turning to make sure they coat well. Pour in the rest of the oil and turn several times.

Let these sit for 2days turning every time you walk by them. Enjoy.
